摘  要:对特大采高液压支架掩护梁在使用过程中存在的问题进行了分析并提出特大采高液压支架掩护梁设计优化方案。通过设计优化,改善掩护梁制造工艺性能,提高掩护梁的可靠性,保证了液压支架在特大采高工作面使用安全性能。The problems existing in the use of shield beam of hydraulic support with super large mining height were analyzed,and the design optimization solutions for shield beam of hydraulic support with super large mining height was proposed.Through design optimization,improves the manufacturing process performance of the shield beam,improves the reliability of the shield beam,and ensures the safety performance of the hydraulic support during its use at the working face with super large mining height.
