摘　　要：熄焦车运行在焦炉出焦侧轨道上,主要用来承载刚出焦炉的炽热焦炭,并将焦炭运送至熄焦塔下,待焦炭冷却后,再将焦炭卸入晾焦台。其工作环境恶劣,粉尘大、水汽大、温差大。熄焦车开门机构的优劣直接影响焦炭是否能够快速高效地卸入晾焦台。提出了一种熄焦车开门机构的实现方法,具有结构紧凑、开闭灵活、运行平稳、使用寿命长等特点。The coke quenching car runs on the coke side track of the coke oven.It is mainly used to carry the hot coke just out of the coke oven,and transport the coke to the coke quenching tower.After the coke cools,the coke is discharged into the coke drying table.It works in the bad working environment,with large dust,large water vapor and big gap of temperature.The merits and demerits of the door opening mechanism for coke quenching car directly affect whether coke can be discharged into the drying table quickly and efficiently.Proposed a method to realize the door opening mechanism of coke extinguishing car,which has the characteristics of compact structure,flexible opening and closing,smooth operation and long service life.
