摘　　要：为推进放顶煤工作面的高效及智能化开采,研究了放顶煤综采工作面液压支架、采煤机、刮板输送机三机设备的选型及智能化,并应用于大同焦煤矿。设备选型与配套采取理论研究与周边矿井配套历史数据相结合的方法,提高了选型的合理性。三机设备由单一公司供货,提升了配套效率及合理性;同时采用标准通信协议,保证内部数据完全开放,实现多设备深度协同,有利于智能化的实现。目前,该成套三机设备在大同焦煤矿5#煤层8501工作面投入使用,达到了单日稳定7刀煤、2.6 Mt/a的良好效果。In order to promote the efficient and intelligent mining of top coal caving face,studied the selection and intelligent of three machines of hydraulic support,shearer and scraper conveyor in fully mechanized top coal caving face,and applied it to Datong coking coal mine.In this equipment selection and matching,the method of combining theoretical research with supporting historical data of surrounding mines was adopted to improve the rationality of type selection.The three machines equipment was supplied by a single company,which improves the supporting efficiency and rationality.At the same time,the standard communication protocol is adopted to ensure the complete opening of internal data and realize the deep cooperation of multiple devices,which is conducive to the realization of intelligence.At present,the complete set of three machines equipment has been used in 8501 working face of No.5 coal seam in Datong coking coal mine,has achieved the good effect of stabilizing 7 coal knives per day and 2.6 million tons per year.
