摘 要:针对综采工作面采煤机频繁出现过载问题,对截割过载和牵引过载2种过载形式进行了理论分析,并对采煤机供电电压、滚筒截齿、工作面状况等可能影响过载的因素进行了分析。以某煤矿采煤机频繁过载为例,给出了牵引过载比截割过载时间长的原因,指出了避免采煤机出现频繁过载现象的必要措施。Aiming at the problem of frequent overload of shearer in fully mechanized mining face,the theoretical analysis of two overload types of cutting overload and traction overload were carried out,and the factors that may affect overload such as power supply voltage of shearer,drum cutter and working face condition were analyzed.Taking the frequent overload of the shearer in a coal mine as an example,the causes that traction overload is longer than cutting overload were given,and the necessary measures to avoid frequent overload of shearer were pointed out.
