摘  要:随着国内煤化工行业的快速发展,煤渣破碎机械得到广泛应用。煤渣破碎机采用闭式液压系统驱动,该液压系统主要存在补油压力不稳定和油温高2种故障,均会触发停车逻辑,对气化装置的连续排渣造成一定影响。结合现场实际情况,对2种故障重要影响因素进行分析并提出相应的解决措施,有效保证了设备的稳定运行。With the rapid development of domestic coal chemical industry,slag crusher has been widely used.The slag crusher is driven by the closed hydraulic system.The hydraulic system mainly has two faults such as unsteady replenishing pressure and high oil temperature.Both faults can trigger the shutdown logic,which has a certain effect on the continuous slag discharge of the gasification device.Combined with the actual conditions on site,the important factors affecting the two faults were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions was proposed to effectively ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
