摘　　要：探索如何发挥设计在社区高血压管理中的功能。总结我国目前主要推行的社区医疗模式,并分析高血压的管理方法,结合设计定位与设计要点,为社区血压管理系统建立整体构架,并完成业务流程和主要功能分析。得出社区血压管理系统的设计策略和整体构建思路。该策略和设计思路可为其他慢病管理、社区医疗的服务建设提供设计参考。To study how to play the role of design in community hypertension management.This paper summarizes the main community medical model in China. And analyzes the management methods of hypertension. Combined with the design orientation and design points,the overall framework of community blood pressure management system was established. Complete the analysis of business process and main functions.The design strategy and overall construction idea of community blood pressure management system are obtained.The strategy and design ideas can provide design reference for other chronic disease management and community medical service construction.
