摘 要:高含水油井因其液量大、温度较高,蕴含丰富的余热资源。为了规模利用这些余热资源供油田开发使用,采取了以下举措:首先充分依托油田现有热力系统,将高含水油井采出液蕴含余热通过换热系统集中换热,换热后的清水循环给油田区域内的生产、生活系统供热;再通过集油工艺优化、余热水直接掺入集油干线等方式,同时采取油管保温、对旧管线进行耐高温防腐处理等配套技术,降低地面系统热负荷,减少高含水油井采出液用热量,提高余热利用效益。实践证明,应用高含水油井采出液余热可替代燃油加热炉供热,促进油田节能低碳、清洁环保生产。High water-cut oil wells contain abundant waste heat resources due to their large liquid volume and high temperature.In order to make full use of these waste heat resources for oilfield devel-opment,the following measures have been taken:first,fully relying on the existing thermal system of the oilfield,the waste heat contained in the produced fluid of high water cut wells is concentrated and exchanged by the heat exchanging system,after heat exchange,clean water is recycled to supply heat to production and living systems in the oilfield area.Then,through the optimization of the oil gather-ing process,directly mixing the waste heat water into the main oil gathering line,and adopting oil pipe insulation,high-temperature resistance and anti-corrosion treatment of old pipelines and other sup-porting technologies,the heat load of the ground system is further reduced,so as to reduce the amount of produced fluid waste heat in high water cut oil wells,improve the utilization efficiency of waste heat.Practice has proved that the waste heat of produced liquid from high water-cut oil wells can replace the heating furnace of fuel oil and promote energy saving,low-carbon,clean and environmental protec-tion in oilfields.
