摘 要:在数据中心用常规间接蒸发冷却空调机组的基础上,对其结构进行改进,提出一种新型的可以制取逼近环境空气露点的冷风的机组,使间接蒸发冷却空调机组出风温度的理论极限由环境空气湿球温度降低至环境空气露点。为验证新型露点间接蒸发冷却空调机组的性能,制作一台试验样机及一台对照机组,在焓差实验室对这2台机组进行测试,结果表明试验样机的制冷量和制冷效率均高于对照机组。Based on the conventional indirect evaporative cooling air-conditioning unit used for the data center,its structure is improved,and a new type of unit that can produce cold air approaching the dew-point of ambient air is proposed,which can make the theoretical limit of outlet temperature of indirect evaporative cooling air-conditioning unit reduce from ambient air wet bulb temperature to ambient air dew-point.In order to verify the performance of the new type of dew-point indirect evaporative cooling air-conditioning unit,a test prototype and a comparison unit are made and tested in the enthalpy difference laboratory.The results show that the cooling capacity and refrigeration efficiency of the test prototype are higher than those of the compared unit.
