摘 要:介绍间接蒸发冷却空气处理机组与液泵驱动热管-蒸发冷却复合空气处理机组的原理与运行模式,计算这2种空气处理机组在干燥地区、中等湿度地区、高湿度地区典型城市不同运行模式的全年运行时间,并与传统风冷直膨式空调系统进行能耗比较。结果表明,间接蒸发冷却空气处理机组自然冷源利用时长优于液泵驱动热管-蒸发冷却复合空气处理机组;相比传统风冷直膨式空调系统,上述2种空气处理机组都可以有效降低数据中心空调系统能耗,且液泵驱动热管-蒸发冷却复合空气处理机组节能效果优于间接蒸发冷却空气处理机组。该研究可以为不同地区数据中心空调形式的选择提供参考。The principle and operation mode of indirect evaporative cooling air handling unit and liquid pump driven heat pipe evaporative cooling composite air handling unit are introduced,the annual operation hours of the two air handling units are calculated in different operation modes in typical cities in dry areas,medium humidity areas and high humidity areas,and compared with the energy consumption of the traditional air-cooled direct expansion air-conditioning system.The results show that the utilization time of natural cooling source of indirect evaporative cooling air handling unit is better than that of liquid pump driven heat pipe evaporative cooling composite air handling unit.Compared with the traditional air-cooled direct expansion air-conditioning system,the two air handling units can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the data center air-conditioning system,and the energy-saving effect of the liquid pump driven heat pipe evaporative cooling composite air handling unit is better than that of the indirect evaporative cooling air handling unit.This study can provide reference for data centers in different regions to choose forms of air-conditioning.
