清热除湿汤与皮炎汤治疗湿热内蕴型面部脂溢性皮炎的效果对比

摘　　要：目的:比较用清热除湿汤与皮炎汤治疗湿热内蕴型面部脂溢性皮炎的效果。方法:选取2019年11月至2021年1月期间湖北省大悟县中医医院收治的100例湿热内蕴型面部脂溢性皮炎患者作为研究对象。随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各有患者50例。分别用清热除湿汤与皮炎汤对对照组患者和观察组患者进行治疗,然后比较两组患者的面部皮肤评分、中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的面部皮肤瘙痒评分、面部皮疹面积评分和面部皮肤颜色评分均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的面部皮肤油腻积分、便干积分和口渴积分均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:与用清热除湿汤治疗湿热内蕴型面部脂溢性皮炎相比,用皮炎汤治疗此病的效果更好,能更有效地减轻患者的临床症状,提高其疗效。Objective:To compare the effect of qingredehumidification decoction and piyan Decoction in the treatment of damp-heat internalization facial seborrheic dermatitis.Methods:a total of 100 patients with damping-heat intrinsic facial seborrheic dermatitis admitted to The Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Dawu County,Hubei Province from November 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in control group and observation group were treated with qingredehumidification decoction and dermatitis decoction respectively,and then the facial skin score,TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the facial pruritus score,facial rash area score and facial skin color score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the facial skin greasy score,defecate dry score and thirst score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the treatment of dampness-heat internalization facial seborrheic dermatitis with qingredehumidification decoction,the treatment of facial seborrheic dermatitis with piyan Decoction has a better effect,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients more effectively and improve its curative effect.
