观察细节护理干预对外科全麻手术患者麻醉苏醒期躁动和心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨细节护理在外科全麻手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年6月—2020年9月间平顶山市第二人民医院外科行全麻手术的96例患者,按随机数表法分为观察组48例,对照组48例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取细节护理,对比两组患者苏醒期躁动情况及心理状态。结果:观察组苏醒期躁动发生率(6.25%)低于对照组的(20.83%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.436,P<0.05)。观察组心理状态评分为(25.27±3.71)分,低于对照组的(34.25±3.37)分,差异有统计学意义(t=12.413,P<0.05)。结论:细节护理干预在外科全麻患者中具有较好的应用效果,利于减少麻醉苏醒期躁动的发生,改善患者心理状态。Objective:To explore the application effect of detailed nursing in patients undergoing general anesthesia surgery.Methods:A total of 96 patients who underwent general anesthesia surgery in the hospital from June 2019 to September 2020 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given detailed nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The agitation and psychological state of the two groups were compared during the recovery period.Results:The incidence of agitation during recovery in the observation group(6.25%)was lower than that in the control group(20.83%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.436,P<0.05).The psychological state score of the observation group was(25.27±3.71)points,which was lower than that of the control group(34.25±3.37)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=12.413,P<0.05).Conclusion:Detailed nursing intervention has a good application effect in surgical general anesthesia patients,which is conducive to reducing the occurrence of agitation during anesthesia recovery period and improving the psychological state of patients.
