摘 要:文章从科技创新产业要素、科技创新资源要素、科技创新环境要素3个维度26个指标,构建科技创新潜力评价指标体系,运用GIS空间分析方法和多因子加权综合评价方法,对长株潭城市群核心区域科技创新潜力进行实证分析,采用地理探测器模型探究科技创新潜力分布的影响因素。结果表明:(1)长株潭城市群核心区科技创新潜力“核心─边缘”的空间分异特征显著。(2)城市群核心区内部“创新圈”逐渐凸显,目前已形成以岳麓山国家大学科技城为策源、高新区孵化、多点应用的创新圈格局。(3)交通枢纽和环境优美地带是创新潜力高值地区,形成了两大创新潜力发展轴,呈南北两带集聚。(4)长株潭城市群核心区科技创新潜力的空间分布受多种因素的影响,其中,解释力最大的是代表经济发展水平的城镇化率,其次是代表创新人才中每10万人拥有大学以上人口数量,代表产业结构的第二产业占比比第三产业占比的重要性突出,代表创新投入的人均公共预算支出的解释力最低。This article constructs a scientific and technological innovation potential evaluation index system from 3dimensions and 26 indicators of scientific and technological innovation industry elements,scientific and technological innovation resource elements,and scientific and technological innovation environmental elements.Empirical analysis of the potential of technological innovation in core regions is carried out,and a geographic detector model is used to explore the influencing factors of the distribution of technological innovation potential.The results show that:1) The spatial differentiation characteristics of the "core-edge" of the technological innovation potential in the core area of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration are significant.2) The "innovation circle" in the core area of the urban agglomeration has gradually become prominent.At present,an innovation circle pattern with Yuelushan National University Science and Technology City as the policy source,high-tech zone incubation and multi-point application has been formed.3) Transportation hubs and areas with beautiful environment are high-value areas of innovation potential,forming two development axes of innovation potential,which are clustered in north and south belts.4) The spatial distribution of scientific and technological innovation potential in the core area of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration is affected by many factors.Among them,the most explanatory power is the urbanization rate,which represents the level of economic development,followed by the number of innovative talents who have universities and colleges per 100,000 people.Population size,the proportion of the secondary industry representing the industrial structure is more important than the proportion of the tertiary industry,and the per capita public budget expenditure representing innovation input has the lowest explanatory power.
