摘　　要：主要对汽车电线束熔断片安装进行研究,尤其是针对传统装配人工操作易错且效率低下的现状,进行系统分析与调查,建议采用熔断片自动安装设备来安装。该设备包含熔断片自动上料振动盘、自动送料滑道、机械手,设有检测装置,能准确控制压装力度,提高生产效率、降低生产成本。The installation of fuse fragments in automobile harness is studied.In view of the current situation that traditional assemblies are easy to operate incorrectly and inefficiently,a systematic analysis and investigation is made,and an automatic installation device for fuse fragments is proposed.The device includes a vibrating disc for automatic feeding of fragments,an automatic feeding slide and a manipulator.A detection device is installed,which can accurately control the pressing strength,improve production efficiency and reduce production costs.
