实战化视角下狱政实践实训教学模式探讨--以我校监狱学专业侦查实践实训教学为例

摘　　要：随着司法体制改革的不断深入,社会对法律职业者的要求越来越高,法学实践实训教育正面临着全新的机遇和挑战。在法学类实践实训尤其是狱政实践实训中,运用角色扮演、情景演绎、模拟案发现场等形式组织教学,可以培养学生掌握专业技能、掌握办案程序和刑事科学技术鉴定的法律法规及前沿发展动态,全面提升学生的一线执法、办案和应急应对能力。With the continuous deepening of the reform of the judicial system,the society has higher and higher requirements for legal professionals,and legal practice training education is facing brand new opportunities and challenges.In the legal practice training,especially the prison administration practice training,with the use of role-playing,situational deduction,simulated crime scenes to organize teaching,it can cultivate students to master professional skills,law and regulations and cutting-edge development trends of criminal science and technology appraisal,and comprehensively improve students’capabilities of front-line law enforcement,case handling and emergency response.
