生物药剂和化学药剂对苦瓜棒孢叶斑病的田间药效试验

摘  要:研究了5种生物药剂和2种化学药剂对苦瓜棒孢叶斑病的田间防效。试验结果表明,化学药剂43%氟菌·肟菌酯悬浮剂和200 g/L氟酰羟·苯甲唑悬浮剂对苦瓜棒孢叶斑病具有较好的防效,第3次药后14 d防效分别为86.4%和88.2%,显著高于生物药剂的防效。2亿活孢子/g木霉菌可湿性粉剂、100亿芽孢/g枯草芽孢杆菌可湿性粉剂、100万孢子/g寡雄腐霉菌可湿性粉剂、3亿CFU/g哈茨木霉菌可湿性粉剂具有一定的防效,第3次药后14 d防效均高于60%,其中2亿活孢子/g木霉菌可湿性粉剂防效为73.2%,显著高于其他4种生物药剂。The field efficacy of five biological agents and two chemical agents on Corynespora cassiicola of balsam pear was studied.The results showed that 43%fluoxastrobin and trifloxystrobin SC and 200 g/L fluoro hydroxyl and benzoazole SC had better control effects on Corynespora cassiicola of balsam pear.The control effects were 86.4%and 88.2%respectively 14 days after the third treatment,which were significantly higher than those of biological agents.200 million live spores/g Trichoderma WP,10 billion spores/g Bacillus subtilis WP,1 million spores/g Pythium oligandrum WP and 300 million CFU/g Trichoderma harzianum WP had a certain control effects,and the control effects of these four biological agents were higher than 60%14 days after the third treatment.The effect of 200 million live spores/g Trichoderma WP was significantly higher than those of other four biological agents,which was 73.2%.
