摘 要:为研究大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)在工厂化循环水养殖条件下不同放养密度的生长规律,本研究选取规格一致[平均体长(6.70±0.64)cm,平均体质量(4.38±1.40)g]的大口黑鲈幼鱼分别按80 ind/m^(3)(D1组)、96 ind/m^(3)(D2组)、112 ind/m^(3)(D3组)、128 ind/m^(3)(D4组)放养密度饲养在16个2.5m^(3)工厂化循环水养殖桶中,每个密度组设4个平行,根据不同生长阶段投喂不同口径的大口黑鲈专用配合饲料,实验时间为160 d。结果显示:4组大口黑鲈终末体长和体质量生长指标均较为接近,无显著差异;平均成活率82.50%~85.63%,组间成活率差异不显著;平均饵料系数(FCR)是1.5,最高是D4组1.74,最低是D1组1.34,各密度组FCR随放养密度的增大而显著增大,D1组与D3组、D1组与D4组和D2与D4组差异显著,其他组间无显著差异;4组大口黑鲈体长、体质量变异系数无显著性差异;体长(L)与日龄(t)均呈线性关系,可用一次线性函数拟合(L=aLt+b,a=0.1072~0.1124,b=6.6327~7.1078);体质量(m)与日龄(t)均呈指数关系,可用指数函数拟合(m=beat,a=0.0252~0.0262,b=5.8694~6.6584);体质量与体长均呈幂函数相关,可用幂函数拟合(m=aL^(b),a=0.0083~0.0094,b=3.2083~3.2502),方程b值接近3,结果表明在工厂化循环水养殖条件下大口黑鲈生长属于等速生长模型,其生长规律与侧扁型鱼类的生长规律基本一致。The young fish of Micropterus salmoides with average length of(6.70±0.64)cm,average body mass of(4.38±1.40)g were selected to study the growth characteristics of largemouth bass with different densities under the condition in Indoor Recirculating Aquaculture System(RAS).The fish was bred in sixteen 2.5 m^(3) aquaculture barrels in recirculating water,the stocking density according to 80 ind/m^(3)(D1),96 ind/m^(3)(D2),112 ind/m^(3)(D3)and 128 ind/m^(3)(D4).Each group has four parallel barrels,and fed special floating formulated diet according to the different growth stage of M.salmoides for 160 days at water temperature of 20.5-29.7℃.The results showed that the growth indices of body length and body mass of M.salmoides were close between each group.There were no significant differences.The average survival rate was 82.50%-85.63%,there was no significant difference in the survival rate.The average FCR was 1.5,the highest was 1.74 in D4 and the lowest was 1.34 in D1.The FCR in each density group increased with the increasing of stocking density.There were significant differences in feed coefficient between D1 and D3,D1 and D4,D2 and D4,but no significant differences between other groups.Without significant difference in the coefficient of variations of body length and body mass in four groups,the relationship between body length and culture days was well described by a linear function(L=at+b,a=0.1072~0.1124,b=6.6327~7.1078).The relationship between body mass and culture days was well described by an exponential function(m=beat,a=0.0252-0.0262,b=5.8694-6.6584).The body length was shown to be correlated with body mass using a power function(m=aL^(b),a=0.0083~0.0094,b=3.2083~3.2502),and the value of equation b is close to 3,which indicated the growth of M.salmoides had generally been described as isometric growth model under the condition in Indoor RAS,and its growth characteristics was basically the same as that of other compressed fish.
