摘  要:针对低速离心机无法回收利用高密度油基泥浆中的重晶石粉,高速离心机处理量低且容易堵塞的问题,设计了低速-高速离心机串联固控系统。通过计算及分析,得到泥浆中固相颗粒在离心力作用下的运动规律。结合试验结果,分析了离心机转速对分离固相粒径的影响规律,确定了高、低速离心机的最佳转速。串联的低、高速离心机分别分离出钻井液中的10~50μm颗粒,1~10μm颗粒,既实现重晶石的回收利用、降低含油固相排放率,又提高了高速离心机去除小颗粒有害固相的效率。该系统已在南川某平台4号井应用,在泥浆密度1.5~1.6 g/cm3的条件下,节省重晶石用量150 t,含油固相排放率降低38.6%。Aiming at the problem that the low-speed centrifuge can not recover the weighted barite powder and the high-speed centrifuge has low processing capacity and is easy to block,a series connection centrifuge solid control system was designed.By calculating and analysis,the movement law of the solid particles in the mud under the action of centrifugal force was obtained,the separation law of the centrifuge speed and the solid particle size was determined combined with the test analysis,and the high-speed and low-speed centrifuges were optimized.Low and high-speed centrifuges were connected in series to respectively separate 10~50μm and 1~10μm particles from drilling fluid,which not only realized the recovery and utilization of barite,reduced the discharge of oil-bearing solid phase,but also improved the efficiency of high-speed centrifuges in removing harmful solid phase of small particles.The system has been applied in Well No.4 of a platform in Nanchuan.Under the condition of mud density of 1.5~1.6 g/cm3,the consumption of barite was saved by 150 t,and the discharge rate of the oil-bearing solid phase was reduced by 38.6%.
