陕州窑居传统村落开发利用模式研究

摘　　要：陕州窑居传统村落指在黄土高原丘陵沟壑地形上产生的独特聚居形式,由承载地域历史文化记忆的窑居建筑及周边自然环境共同组成。新发展阶段的乡村旅游建设,是陕州窑居传统村落空间复兴的契机,但在窑居村落更新建设中,传统窑居建筑、文化节点场所、地方习俗工艺却遭受建设性破坏。通过对村落开发利用中投资管理主体的区分,将典型窑居村落的开发利用划定为企业投资社区管理、政府投资部门管理、政府集体个人协同三种模式,从主导特征、实施效果、使用情况三个方面,比较三种利用模式对村落空间保护的影响及其关联程度,继而探讨陕州窑居传统村落适宜性模式。以期为窑居传统村落空间保护与发展模式研究提供借鉴与思考。The traditional villages of Shanzhou kiln dwellings refer to the unique settlement forms on the hilly and gully terrain of the Loess Plateau.They are composed of kiln dwellings that carry the historical and cultural memory of the region and the surrounding natural environment.The construction of rural tourism in the new stage of development is an opportunity for the rejuvenation of the traditional villages of Shaanxi kiln dwellings.However,in the renewal and construction of the kiln dwelling villages,traditional kiln dwellings,cultural node sites,and local customs and crafts have been constructively destroyed.Through the distinction of investment management entities in the development and utilization of villages,the development and utilization of typical kiln villages is divided into three modes:corporate investment community management,government investment department management,and government collective individual collaboration.In this respect,the paper compares the impact of the three utilization modes on the protection of the village space and the degree of correlation,and then discusses the suitability mode of the traditional villages of Shanzhou kiln dwellings.It is expected to provide a reference and thinking for the research on space protection and development mode of traditional kiln dwelling villages.
