摘  要:为解决尾矿发泡水泥应用瓶颈问题,提高尾矿利用率,通过添加氧化石墨烯影响发泡水泥微观结构,提高发泡水泥综合性能。对不同龄期样品的抗压强度、抗折强度、泡孔结构、微观形貌进行表征和分析,研究氧化石墨烯对发泡水泥水化反应的影响规律和作用机理。结果表明,掺入0.03%氧化石墨烯可促进水泥水化反应和尾矿火山灰反应,显著提高尾矿基发泡水泥综合性能,进而提高尾矿的利用率。To solve the bottleneck problem that restricts the promotion of tailings foamed cement and improve the utilization rate of tailings,the microstructure of foam cement was influenced by adding graphene oxide to improve the comprehensive performance of foam cement.The compressive strength,flexural strength,vesicular structure,and microscopic morphology of the samples at different stages were characterized and analyzed to study the effect law and mechanism of graphene oxide on the hydration reaction of foam cement.The results showed that the incorporation of 0.03%graphene oxide could promote the hydration reaction of cement and volcanic ash reaction of tailings,significantly improve the comprehensive performance of tailings-based foam cement,and then improve the utilization of tailings.
