摘 要:贵州天柱重晶石矿物成分复杂,单一选矿工艺难以获得高品位重晶石精矿,为实现重晶石的高效利用,开展重浮联合选矿试验研究。结果表明,重浮联合选矿工艺可获得较好的选别指标,对BaSO_(4)质量分数为66.00%的原矿进行重选抛尾,重选精矿以水玻璃为抑制剂,YSL为捕收剂,通过“1粗5精”浮选工艺,最终可得重晶石精矿BaSO_(4)质量分数为92.17%,回收率为76.46%,实现了资源的有效利用。The mineral composition of barite in Tianzhu of Guizhou is complex,and it is difficult to obtain high-grade barite concentrate with a single beneficiation process.In order to realize the efficient utilization of barite,the gravity separation-flotation combined process was carried out.The results show that the gravity separation-flotation combined process can obtain better separation indicators.The gravity separation is adopted to discard tailings for the raw ore with BaSO_(4) content of 66.00%,using water glass as inhibitor and YSL as collector,the gravity separation concentrate is treated by flotation process of“one time of roughing and five times of cleaning”,the final BaSO_(4) content of barite concentrate is 92.17%,and the recovery rate is 76.46%,which realize the effective utilization of resources.
