摘 要:采用木炭粉烧结改性赤泥并进行吸附试验,探究吸附含磷废水的最佳吸附条件和吸附特性。结果表明,当赤泥、木炭粉、硅溶胶质量比为92∶5∶3,烧结时间为30 min,烧结温度为700℃时,吸附效果最佳,当反应温度为35℃,反应时间为18 h时,对磷酸盐的吸附率为99.26%。根据吸附等温线模型、吸附动力学计算,得出该吸附反应主要是单分子层化学吸附。The red mud modified by charcoal powder sintering was used for adsorption test to explore the optimal adsorption conditions and adsorption characteristics of phosphorus containing wastewater.The results show that when the mass ratio of red mud,charcoal powder and silica sol was 92∶5∶3,the sintering time was 30 min and the sintering temperature was 700℃,the adsorption effect was the best.When the reaction temperature was 35℃ and the reaction time was 18 h,the adsorption rate of phosphate was 99.26%.The adsorption reaction is mainly a single molecular layer chemisorption,as calculated from the adsorption isotherm model and the adsorption kinetics.
