摘 要:以16份不同来源的尾穗苋基因型为材料,对0μmol/L(无菌水,CK)和80μmol/L镉胁迫下种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数、胚根长和胚芽长等指标进行分析,并采用隶属函数和聚类分析综合评价不同尾穗苋萌发期耐镉性。结果表明,镉胁迫对不同基因型尾穗苋种子萌发期各指标的影响不同。除Acd28外,镉胁迫对尾穗苋种子发芽势和发芽率无显著影响;除Acd132和Acd150外,镉胁迫对尾穗苋种子发芽指数无显著影响;镉胁迫显著降低了活力指数、根长以及大多数基因型的芽长。隶属函数值和聚类分析表明,16份尾穗苋可分为耐镉型、中间型和敏感型三类,分别占31.25%、56.25%和12.50%,其中Acd131、Acd134、Acd38、Acd138和Acd147萌发期耐镉能力较强,Acd28、Acd55耐镉能力较弱。In this experiment,16 genotypes of Amaranthus caudatus from different sources were used as materials to determine the seed germination potential,germination rate,germination index,activity index,radicle length and germ length of seeds under the concentration of 0μmol/L(sterile water,CK)and 80μmol/L cadmium solution.The cadmium tolerance of different A.caudate at germination stage was comprehensive evaluation by membership function and clustering analysis.The results showed that cadmium stress had different effects on the indexes of germination stage of different genotypes of A.caudatus.Except for Acd28,cadmium stress had no significant effect on germination potential and germination rate of A.caudatus.Except for Acd132 and Acd150,cadmium stress had no significantly effects on the seed germination index of A.caudatus.Cadmium stress significantly reduced the vigor index,root length and bud length of most genotypes.The results of membership function and cluster analysis showed that the 16 genotypes of A.caudatus can be divided into three groups:cadmium-tolerant,moderate and cadmium-sensitive,accounting for 31.25%、56.25%and 12.50%,respectively.Among them,Acd131,Acd134,Acd38,Acd138,Acd147 had stronger cadmium tolerance during germination,whereas Acd28 and Acd55 had weaker cadmium tolerance.
