摘 要:文中针对塔式起重机钢结构防腐层会从薄弱位置开始失效并会产生腐蚀疲劳损伤的情况,以损伤力学的理论为基础,使用Ansys APDL命令流建立多尺度模型对塔式起重机钢结构腐蚀的不同阶段进行模拟,通过其宏观表征(标准节损伤主肢顶端特征点沿起重臂方向的位移)的变化,定性的判断腐蚀过程中不同阶段不同要素对于宏观表征的影响。结果表明:自然腐蚀阶段对于特征点位移差值影响较小,会出现拐点,但不同地区腐蚀程度差距较大;应力腐蚀中出现腐蚀坑阶段,损伤所在位置处的应力大小是影响特征点位移差值的主要因素,其次是腐蚀坑的深度及个数。应力腐蚀中腐蚀断裂阶段,横向腐蚀断裂相较于纵向腐蚀断裂对于特征点位移差值影响较大,且会随着深度的增加二者对于特征点位移差值影响的差距逐渐增大。In this paper,considering that the anticorrosion coating of steel structure of tower crane will fail from the weak position and cause corrosion fatigue damage,based on theories of damage mechanics,Ansys APDL command flow is used to establish a multi-scale model to simulate different corrosion stages of steel structure of tower crane,and through the change of macroscopic representation(the displacement of the feature point of the top of the damaged main boom along the direction of the lifting arm),the influence of different elements in different stages of corrosion process on macroscopic representation can be qualitatively judged.Results show that the natural corrosion stage has little influence on the displacement difference of feature points,and there is an inflection point,but the degree of corrosion varies greatly in different areas.At the stage of corrosion pits in stress corrosion,the stress at the damage location is the main factor that affects the displacement difference of feature points,followed by the depth and number of corrosion pits.For the corrosion fracture stage in stress corrosion,compared with the longitudinal corrosion fracture,the transverse corrosion fracture has a greater influence on the displa-[[[01qcement difference of feature points,and with the increase of depth,the difference between the two influences on the displacement difference of feature points will gradually increase.
