摘  要:建立高效液相色谱法测定茶枯粉中米诺地尔、度他雄胺与非那雄胺的含量。0.5 g茶枯粉样品用3 mL乙腈溶解,超声15 min,再经过Oasis HLB型固相萃取小柱净化,以甲醇定容于10 mL容量瓶中,取适量样品上机测定。选择Extend C_(18)为分离柱,采用二极管阵列检测器,体积为90%甲醇–水溶液作为流动相。米诺地尔在质量浓度为0.100~50μg/L,度他雄胺与非那雄胺在质量浓度为2.00~50μg/L时,与其各自的色谱峰面积线性关系良好。米诺地尔、度他雄胺与非那雄胺的检出限分别为0.002、0.045、0.048 mg/kg。以空白样品为基质,3种激素的加标回收率为88.3%~99.8%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.5%~4.1%(n=6)。An high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established for the determination of minoxidil,dutasteride and finasteride in dried tea powder.0.5 g dried tea powder sample was dissolved with 3 mL acetonitrile,ultrasonic for 15 min,then purified by oasis HLB solid phase extraction column,fixed the volume in 10 mL volumetric flask with methanol,and taken an appropriate amount of test sample for computer test.Extend C_(18) was selected as the separation column,diode array detector was used,and 90%methanol aqueous solution was used as the mobile phase.There were good linear relationships between the chromatographic peak areas and the mass concentration of minoxidil in the range of 0.100-50μg/L,the mass concentration of dutasteride and finasteride in range of 2.00-50μg/L,respective.The detection limits of minoxidil,dutasteride and finasteride were 0.002,0.045 and 0.048 mg/kg,respectively.The blank sample was taken as the matrix,the recoveries of the three hormones were 88.3%-99.8%,and the relative standard deviation of the determination results was 0.5%-4.1%(n=6).
