摘  要:建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定酚醛树脂中镉、锡、镍、锰、钛、钼、铜和硼8种杂质元素的方法。对酚醛树脂低温碳化后,在马弗炉内高温灼烧成灰分,用硝酸分解灰分,在稀硝酸介质下以电感耦合等离子发射光谱法测量灰分中的杂质元素含量。8种元素在各自的质量浓度范围内与发射强度线性关系良好,相关系数均不小于0.999,检出限为0.001~0.096 mg/L。各待测杂质元素测定结果的相对标准偏差小于10%(n=6),加标回收率为94%~106%。该方法简便、准确度高,能满足酚醛树脂中杂质元素的分析检测要求。A method for the determination of cadmium,tin,nickel,manganese,titanium,molybdenum,copper and boron in phenolic resin by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established.After carbonizing phenolic resin at low temperature,it was burned into ash at high temperature in muffle furnace.The ash was decomposed with nitric acid.The content of impurity elements in ash was measured by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry in dilute nitric acid medium.The linear relationship between 8 elements and emission intensity was good within their respective mass concentration range,the correlation coefficient was not less than 0.999,and the detection limit was 0.001~0.096 mg/L.The relative standard deviation of the determination results of each impurity element was less than 10%(n=6),and the recoveries were 94%-106%.The method is simple and accurate,and it can meet the analysis and detection of impurity elements in phenolic resin.
