摘  要:山钢2^(#)5100 m^(3)高炉2021年8月22-24日计划检修48 h,通过精心制定休风复风方案,调整炉料结构降炉渣碱度,计算休风料数量和休风后采取保温措施减少炉缸热量损失;复风后随风量调整炉顶压力,及时喷煤和富氧,确定好复风口首次铁的开口时间。采取上述经验措施,复风后1.5 h加全风量,高炉各项参数基本调整到位。The 2^(#)5100 m^(3) blast furnace in Shangang was scheduled to be overhauled for 48 hours from August 22 to 24 in year 2021,through careful formulation of air break and rewind plans,adjust the charge structure to reduce slag basicity,calculate the number of air break materials and take thermal insulation measures after the air break and reduce the heat loss of the hearth;adjust the top pressure of the furnace with the air volume after the re-air,inject coal and oxygen in time,and determine the opening time of the first tapping of the re-air outlet.Taking the above-mentioned empirical measures and adding the full air volume 1.5 hours after the resumption of air,the parameters of the blast furnace are basically adjusted in place.
