摘  要:对梅钢热轧厂1780产线的微合金酸洗板的麻点缺陷成因进行分析,认为主要是由热轧原板表面的辊系铁皮造成的。从热轧原板表面的辊系铁皮的成因机理着手,分析影响辊系铁皮的影响因素,采用轧制润滑技术,投用防剥落水,优化轧辊冷却水、加热温度、除磷制度等,从而消除了微合金酸洗板表面的麻点缺陷。The cause of pitting defect of microalloyed pickling plate in 1780 production line of hot rolling plant of Meigang is analyzed.It is considered that it is mainly caused by the roll iron sheet on the surface of hot rolling raw plate.Starting from the formation mechanism of roll scale on the surface of hot rolled raw plate,the influencing factors of roll scale are analyzed.Rolling lubrication technology is adopted,anti stripping water is used,roll cooling water,heating temperature and descale system are optimized,so as to eliminate the pitting defect on the surface of microalloyed pickling plate.
