摘  要:通过对铁氧体粉料制备过程进行研究,锰锌软磁铁氧体材料配方中增加氧化锌含量至20%~25%mol;优化砂磨工艺,配合砂磨时间由120min降低至105min,料浆固液比71.5%提高至72.5%;创新采用Bi_(2)O_(3)和Nb_(2)O_(5)复合添加方式,成功开发出起始磁导率>10000 H、宽频段100 kHz不衰减的R10k锰锌软磁铁氧体产品。By studying the preparation process of ferrite powder,the content of zinc oxide in the manganese-zinc soft ferrite material formula was increased to 20%-25%mol.By optimization and adjustment of grinding process with sand grinding,the grinding time was reduced from 120 min to 105 min and solid-liquid ratio was increased from 71.5%to 72.5%.Bi_(2)O_(3) and Nb_(2)O_(5) composite addition method was innovated,and finally R10k manganese-zinc soft ferrite product with initial permeability greater than 10000 H and wide band of 100 kHz without attenuation was successfully developed.
