摘　　要：大学基层学术组织扩张是我国高等教育快速发展中涌现出来的一种组织现象。以多重制度逻辑为分析框架,从国家、市场、大学三个行为主体,探讨大学基层学术组织扩张的多重逻辑。整体来看,大学基层学术组织扩张涉及多个因素、多种机制,国家、市场、大学等行为主体及相应的制度逻辑在基层学术组织扩张中分饰不同角色,并形成一定的互动关系。从基层学术组织扩张的特征来看,主要表现为三个方面:强制性变迁和诱致性变迁并存、多种制度逻辑和行为主体相互交织、组织扩张存在“路径依赖”或“锁定效应”。大学需要理性审视基层学术组织的扩张问题,适时变革以求生存和发展。The expansion of grassroots academic organizations in Chinese universities is an organizational phenomenon that has emerged in the rapid development of higher education,and has received extensive attention from the academic community in recent years.Taking the"Multiple Institutional Logic"as the analytical framework,this paper discusses the multiple logic of the expansion of grassroots academic organizations from the three actors of the state,the market,and the university itself.Studies have shown that the expansion of grassroots academic organizations involves multiple factors and mechanisms.The state,the market,and the university itself as well as the corresponding system logic play different roles in the expansion of grassroots academic organizations,and form certain interactive relationships.The characteristics of the expansion of grassroots academic organizations are mainly manifested in three aspects:compulsory changes and induced changes coexist,multiple system logic and actors are intertwined,and there is a"path dependence"or"lock-in effect"in organizational expansion.
