摘　　要：学习共同体的建构是教育领域重要的创新实践。不同于单一的导学关系,导学团队育人共同体是在学习共同体的“意义协商、价值共享、文化传承”的理念基础上形成的,在导师主导下开展研究性学习的情感、学术、文化及成长共同体。导学团队育人共同体建设是研究生教育阶段深度学习的需要、合作研究的需要与全方位育人的需要,对推动研究生教育高质量发展有着积极的促进作用。高校应重视导学团队育人共同体建设,使导学团队真正成为提升研究生思想政治教育针对性和亲和力,促进导师教书与育人相统一,实现科学研究与思政教育同向同行的重要阵地。The construction of learning community is an important innovation practice in the field of education. Different from the single guiding relationship, the learning-guidance-team education community is formed on the basis of the concept of "meaning negotiation, value sharing and cultural inheritance" of the learning community, and the emotional, academic, cultural and growth community of inquiry learning under the guidance of tutors. The construction of learning-guidance-team education community is the requirement of deep learning, cooperative research and all-round education in postgraduate education. Universities should pay attention to the construction of learning-guidance-team education community, so as to make the learning guidance team truly hold a good position to improve the pertinence and affinity of postgraduate ideological and political education, promote the unity of tutors’ academic teaching and moral education, and realize the same direction of scientific research and ideological and political education.
