摘　　要：目的探讨金因肽联合改良负压封闭引流术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)治疗难愈性创面的疗效及对创面组织相关生长因子、美观满意度的影响。方法选取难愈性创面患者94例,依据简单随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各47例。常规处理基础上对照组采取改良VSD治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采取金因肽,共治疗14 d。统计两组治疗效果、治疗7 d、14 d后创面疼痛评分(visual analogue scale/score,VAS)、治疗前及治疗14 d后创面组织相关生长因子[血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)]水平、并发症发生率、美观满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗7 d、14 d后VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VEGF、EGF水平较治疗前增高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组美观满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合采取金因肽及改良VSD治疗难愈性创面效果好,并发症较少,且患者满意度较高。Objective To investigate the efficacy of GeneTime combined with modified vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of refractory wounds and its impact on wound tissue-related growth factors and aesthetic satisfaction.Methods A total of 94 patients with refractory wounds were selected and divided into the research group(n=47)and the control group(n=47)according to a simple random number table method.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with modified VSD,and the research group was treated with GeneTime on the basis of the control group for a total of 14 d.Therapeutic effects,visual analogue scale(VAS)wound pain score at 7 d and 14 d after treatment,levels of wound tissue-related growth factors[vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and epidermal growth factor(EGF)]before and at 14 d after treatment,incidence of complications,and aesthetic satisfaction were recorded in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the VAS score of the research group was lower than that of the control group at 7 d and 14 d after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of VEGF and EGF were higher in both groups than those before treatment,and higher in the research group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between two groups(P>0.05),and the aesthetic satisfaction of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of GeneTime and modified VSD has a good effect in the treatment of refractory wounds,with fewer complications,and higher satisfaction of patients.
