摘  要:为克服当前电力系统设备高压绝缘缺陷识别技术的局限性,利用知识库系统来诊断电力系统设备高压绝缘缺陷.采用超高频(UHF)和IEC 60270技术获取局部放电(PD)数据,再通过捕获的PD数据来构建相位分辨模式,从而确定PD行为,并创建相关的描述符;利用匹配相关缺陷特征对缺陷进行分类,并确定PD的位置.结果表明,采用本方法所测得的缺陷类型和缺陷位置与实际中缺陷类型和缺陷位置吻合率高达98%,证明了所提方法的有效性.In order to overcome the limitations of current identification technology for high-voltage insulation defects in power system equipment,a knowledge-based system(KBS)was used to diagnose high-voltage insulation defects in power system equipment.The ultra-high frequency(UHF)and IEC 60270 technologies were adopted to obtain partial discharge(PD)data,and the captured PD data were used to build a phase-resolved pattern,so as to determine PD behavior and create relevant descriptors.The relevant characteristics were matched to the classified defects,and the PD position was determined.The results show that the type and position of defects measured by the as-proposed method are consistent with the actual situations with a coincidence rate of as high as 98%which proves the effectiveness of as-proposed method.
