摘 要:为了有效治理由脂肪酸生产过程中产生的酸水排放造成的污染,采用浮选混凝沉淀、铁碳微电解、电催化氧化、破乳混凝沉淀四种工艺对酸水进行处理,经过对比分析后构建了电催化耦合工艺.结果表明:MQ801型破乳剂对酸水预处理效果最好;当电催化耦合工艺的反应初始pH为7,电流密度为20 mA/cm^(2)时,可对酸水表现出极佳的处理效果,COD去除率达到98.82%,总磷去除率达到95.62%,满足企业要求生化标准.In order to effectively control the pollution caused by acid water discharge generated during theproduction of fatty acids,four processes including flotation-coagulation precipitation,iron-carbon micro-electrolysis,electrocatalytic oxidation and demulsification-coagulation precipitation were used to treat acid water.After comparative analysis,an electrocatalytic coupling process was constructed.The results show that MQ801 demulsifier has the best acid water pretreatment effect.The electrocatalytic coupling process has an excellent treatment effect on acid water with a COD removal rate of 98.82%,when the initial pH is 7 and the current density is 20 mA/cm^(2).Meanwhile,the removal rate of total phosphorus(TP)reaches 95.62%,which can meet the biochemical standards required by enterprises.
