摘 要:为了适应舰载设备抗冲击考核要求的增长,提出一种能够实现冲击强化的方法,并对这种方法进行理论推导和算例验证.利用二次冲击实现冲击强化,对冲击强化方法进行物理模型建立,将全部过程分段进行碰撞振动分析;以实际算例进行计算,分别以时间历程响应和冲击谱描述冲击环境,对二次冲击前后的冲击环境进行比较.结果表明,加速度峰值放大了9.5倍,等速度谱值放大了2.01倍,等加速度谱值放大了5.6倍,所提方法能够在时域和频域范围内有效实现冲击环境的强化.In order to adapt to the increasing requirements by impact resistance for ship-based equipment assessment,a method for achieving impact enhancement was proposed,and theoretical derivation and calculation examples were conducted to verify this method.The secondary impact was used to realize impact strengthening,the physical model for impact strengthening was established,and the whole process was divided into sections for the collision vibration analysis.The actual examples were calculated,the impact environment was described with the time history response and the impact spectrum,respectively.The impact environment before and after the second impact was compared.The results show that the acceleration peak value is enlarged by 9.5 times,the uniform velocity spectrum value is enlarged by 2.01 times,and the uniform acceleration spectrum value is enlarged by 5.6 times.The as-proposed method can effectively strengthen the impact environment in both time and frequency domains.
