摘 要:对玻璃纤维增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT/GF)复合材料进行了微发泡注塑实验,采用海绵密度测试仪、万能力学试验机、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对制品的表观密度、力学性能、泡孔形态和结构等进行了测试和表征,探究了微发泡工艺参数对制品减重比及泡孔结构的影响,并通过对比减重比不同制品的泡孔结构与力学性能找出了制备具有理想泡孔结构制品的注塑工艺参数方案。结果表明,注气量和熔体温度是影响制品减重比的主要因素;注气量对泡孔结构的影响最大,其次为注射压力和注射速率;注塑工艺参数为注气量0.2%、注射速率70 cm^(3)/s、注射压力70 MPa时,制件的泡孔质量和力学性能较好。A micro-foaming injection molding experiment was performed using glass-fiber-reinforced poly(butylene tere-phthalate)composites as a material.The apparent density,mechanical properties,cell morphology and structure of the obtained products were investigated using a sponge density tester,a universal chemical testing machine,and a scanning electron microscope.The influence of micro-foaming process parameters on the weight loss ratio and cell structure of the products was investigated.The injection molding process parameters for an ideal cell structure was explored through a comparison of the cell structure and mechanical properties of the products obtained at different weight loss ratios.The re-sults indicated that the gas injection rate and melt temperature were the main factors affecting the weight-loss ratio of the product.For the cell structure,the gas injection rate showed the greatest influence,following with the injection pressure and injection speed.The products obtained a good foam quality and mechanical properties at a gas injection amount of 0.2 wt%,an injection speed of 70 cm^(3)/s,and an injection pressure of 70 MPa.
