摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)作为一种起病隐匿的随年龄递增性神经退行性疾病,给社会经济和医疗服务带来了巨大的负担。在其基本病机不是十分明确的情况下,中医药防治AD取得了一定的进展。本文就逍遥散系列经典名方防治AD的综合情况从研究思路、临床应用与实验进展等三个方面进行综述,为逍遥散系列方防治AD的全面深入研究和临床广泛应用提供支持。Alzheimer’s disease(AD), as a kind of neurodegenerative disease with latent onset and increasing age, has brought huge burden to social economy and medical services. In the case of its basic pathogenesis is not very clear,prevention and treatment of Chinese medicine on AD has made some progress. In this paper, the comprehensive situation of Xiaoyaosan series of classic famous prescriptions in the prevention and treatment of AD is reviewed from three aspects of theoretical innovation, clinical application and experimental progress, so as to provide support for the comprehensive and in-depth research and clinical application of Xiaoyaosan series of prescriptions in the prevention and treatment of AD.
