摘 要:北海区域海水普遍存在高盐高硫特征,油田在注水开发提高采收率过程中,油层和采出系统结垢大大影响了生产效率和开发效果。通过水质分析和油田结垢模型预测结垢趋势,明确了该油田高硫海水结垢特征。通过室内防垢实验,开展了化学防垢剂优选及临界浓度确定,结果表明,磷酸盐类防垢剂EC6300A不仅可以取得较好的防垢效果,而且临界防垢浓度为8 mg/L,在此基础上如增加适量注入水中的Ca^(2+)浓度能进一步降低临界防垢浓度值,降低幅度为30%~50%,更有助于防垢剂发挥较好防垢效果,从而达到控制注入成本的目标。The seawater in North Sea is generally of high salinity and sulphate.During the process of water flooding to increase the recovery,the scale is coming up and greatly affects production efficiency.It's summarized scaling characteristics of high-sulphate seawater in this oilfield by water quality analysis and scaling model.The inhibitor selection and minimum inhibitor concentration have been carried out through indoor anti-scaling experiments.The results show that phosphate inhibitor EC6300A can not only achieve better anti-scaling effect,but also the minimum inhibitor concentration is only 8 mg/L.As mentioned above,increasing the concentration of Ca^(2+) in the water can further reduce the minimum inhibitor concentration by 30%~50%,which is more helpful for the inhibitor to perform a better effect,so as to achieve the goal of controlling the total injection cost.
