摘  要:输油场站在整个油品储输系统中起着承上启下的核心作用,而站内工艺管线的良好运行直接决定着油品的稳定输送。管线投入运行一段时间后受施工安装、周边环境、油品性质、日常操作等因素的影响发生腐蚀泄漏,一旦泄漏情况未能及时发现,可能引发火灾爆炸或环保事故,给输油场站带来巨大损失。因此,对于输油场站站内工艺管线腐蚀原因的探究十分有必要,本文针对输油场站站内管线腐蚀泄漏实例,利用流体力学软件ANSYS分析实际工况条件下发生腐蚀泄漏的原因,并提出相应的防护措施。The oil transportation station plays a core role in the entire oil storage and transportation system,and the good operation of the process pipeline in the station directly determines the stable transportation of oil products.After the pipeline has been put into operation for a period of time,corrosion leakage occurs due to factors such as construction and installation,surrounding environment,oil properties,daily operations,etc.Once the leakage is not discovered in time,it may cause fire,explosion or environmental protection accidents,it brings huge losses to the oil transportation station.Therefore,it is very necessary to investigate the causes of corrosion of process pipelines in oil transportation stations.In this paper,based on the example of pipeline corrosion leakage in oil transportation station,the fluid mechanics software ANSYS is used to analyze the causes of corrosion leakage under actual working conditions,and corresponding protective measures are proposed.
