摘  要:重油资源储量丰富,具有巨大的开发价值,目前开发重油的方式主要有:露天开采、出砂冷采、注蒸汽、注溶剂开采等,对于应用较多的SAGD和火烧油层技术都存在一定的问题。本文基于SAGD开采技术,研究化学合成反应对其产能的影响,通过数值模拟方法研究了地质因素、流体因素、化学反应效率等方面对开发效果的影响规律,基于模拟结果采用正交设计和灰色关联分析法研究了各因素对开发效果的影响程度,结果表明,影响程度由强到弱依次为:净总比,垂水比,化学反应效率,原油黏度,渗透率,岩石热容,岩石热传导系数。该研究实现了化学反应辅助SAGD开采重油产能因素重要程度排序分析,一定程度丰富了化学反应辅助SAGD开采重油的模拟理论。Heavy oil resources are rich in reserves and have great development value.At present,the main ways to develop heavy oil include open-pit mining,sand production cold production,steam injection,solvent injection and so on.There are some problems with SAGD and oil layer burning technology,which are widely used.Based on SAGD mining technology,this paper studies the influence of chemical synthesis reaction on its productivity,studies the influence law of geological factors,fluid factors and chemical reaction efficiency on the development effect through numerical simulation method,and studies the influence degree of each factor on the development effect by orthogonal design and grey correlation analysis based on the simulation results.The results show that the influence degree from strong to weak is net total ratio,vertical water ratio,chemical reaction efficiency,crude oil viscosity,permeability,rock heat capacity and rock heat conductivity.This study realizes the ranking analysis of the importance of the production capacity factors of chemical reaction assisted SAGD mining of heavy oil,enriches the simulation theory of chemical reaction assisted SAGD mining of heavy oil to a certain extent.
