摘 要:为快速获取硝酸酯增塑聚醚(NEPE)固体推进剂的平衡模量值,充分利用单向拉伸试验中易获取的初始模量值,开展推进剂初始模量与平衡模量关系研究。首先,针对NEPE推进剂,根据时温等效原理绘制出固体推进剂的松弛模量主曲线,依照获得的主曲线定义了工程松弛平衡模量取值方法,并与25℃下的单向拉伸初始模量值进行了对比。结果表明,固体推进剂常温初始模量与其平衡模量值存在部分正相关性,但线性关系较弱,分析认为是时间尺度差异较大所致。同时,利用时温等效原理绘制出NEPE推进剂的初始模量主曲线,在进行折合时间转化后,与松弛模量主曲线具有较高的重合性,表明同时域、不同测试方法下模量测试结果具有一致性,因此可利用同时域内的推进剂初始模量预估其平衡模量。In order to obtain the equilibrium modulus of nitrate ester plasticized polyether(NEPE)solid propellant quickly,the relationship between the initial modulus and the relaxation modulus was studied by using the initial modulus easily obtained in uniaxial tensile test.The relaxation modulus master curve of NEPE solid propellants was firstly drawn by using the principle of time-temperature equivalence,and then the engineering equilibrium modulus was specified,which were contrasted with the initial uniaxial tensile modulus at 25℃.The results show that a partial positive correlation between the initial modulus at 25℃and the equilibrium modulus obtained from the relaxation modulus curve can be observed,but the linear relationship is weak,which is caused by the difference of time scale.Meanwhile,the master curve of the initial modulus of NEPE propellants was drawn by using the principal of time-temperature equivalence,which was coincident with the relaxation modulus curve after conversion of the folding time.Under the conditions of simultancous domain,the results obtained by different test methods are consistent.Therefore,the initial modulus of propellant in the simultaneous domain could be used to predict its equilibrium modulus.
