摘  要:声共振混合(RAM)不需使用桨叶,避免了被混物料与桨叶间的局部强剪切、摩擦和挤压等作用力,降低了混合过程中的热刺激和力刺激,提高了混合工序的本质安全性。根据声共振混合技术特点,采用SEM3型声共振混合机研究了不同投料量、混合时间等工艺参数对NEPE推进剂安全、燃烧、力学和工艺等性能的影响,并与立式混合机制备推进剂性能进行了比较。结果表明,推进剂出料药浆的撞击感度、摩擦感度和静电火花感度与立式混合制备推进剂药浆安全性能相当;在500、800、1000 g不同投料量下制备推进剂的实测密度与立式混合制备推进剂基本相同,表明声共振混合工艺可有效混匀推进剂药浆;推进剂7 MPa药条燃速较立式混合制备燃速低0.14~0.22 mm/s,在20、70、-30℃下的最大抗拉强度要明显低于立式混合制备的推进剂力学性能。Resonant acoustic mixing does not need blade,which avoids the local strong shear,friction and extrusion forces between the mixed material and the blades,reducing the thermal stimulation and force stimulation during mixing process,and improving the intrinsic safety of mixing process.According to the characteristics of resonance acoustic mixing technology,the effects of technological parameters,such as different feeding quantity and mixing time,on the safety,combustion,mechanics and technological properties of NEPE propellant were studied by using SEM3 resonant acoustic mixer,and compared with the properties of propellant prepared by vertical mixer.The results show that the impact sensitivity,friction sensitivity and electrostatic spark sensitivity of propellant slurry are equivalent to those of propellant slurry prepared by vertical mixing.The measured density of propellant prepared under different feeding quantity of 500 g,800 g and 1000 g is basically the same as that of propellant prepared by vertical mixing,which indicates that the resonant acoustic mixing process can effectively mix the propellant slurry.The burning rate of propellant strand at 7 MPa is 0.14~0.22 mm/s lower than that of propellant prepared by vertical mixing,and the maximum tensile strength at 20℃,70℃and-30℃is obviously lower than the mechanical properties of propellant prepared by vertical mixing.
