共建共治共享视角下的“135”社区共治新模式——以珠海市梅华街道为例

摘　　要：我国各地正积极创新社区治理模式。珠海市梅华街道经多年努力创建了“135”社区共治模式,在街道层面设立一个领导机构,社区层面搭建三大社区治理平台,并充分发动五类主体共建共治,从而推动社区善治,提升居民的获得感与幸福感。“135”社区共治模式符合党和国家基层治理的政策导向,完全具有可复制和推广性。China is actively innovating its community governance model.After years of efforts,Meihua Neighborhood of Zhuhai has established the“135”community co-governance model.A leading office at the sub-district level,and three community governance platforms at the community level have been set up and five types of subjects have been fully mobilized for co-governance,so as to promote good community governance and improve residents’sense of gain and happiness.The“135”model of community co-governance conforms to the policy orientation of the Party and the country's grassroots governance,and is completely replicable and extendable.
