摘　　要：在中国特色社会主义进入新时代的背景下,针对当前高校研究生党建工作存在的忽视政治素养提高、组织建设、导师作用发挥等现象,基于X学院的实践案例,提出研究生党建工作应在领导体制系统设计、党支部设置模式、活动载体创新等方面进行优化完善,从而使党员先锋模范作用进一步提升、组织生活质量进一步提高和党群联系进一步密切。Under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics entering a new era,in view of the current phenomena of ignoring the improvement of political literacy,organization construction and the role of tutors in the party construction of university postgraduate students,based on the practical cases of X College,we should optimize and improve the leadership system design,the setting mode of party branches and the innovation of activity carriers,so as to further improve the vanguard and exemplary role of party members,the quality of organizational life and closer ties between the party members and the masses.
