摘　　要：人防通信是人防部门为实施指挥运用通信工具或其他方法进行的信息传递,是保障防空袭斗争指挥通信的重要基础,也是和平时期城市重大自然灾害及突发事件应急处置指挥通信的重要手段。人防指挥通信是人防指挥的重要组成部分,是提升防空袭斗争能力的要素之一。短波通信作为一种传统的无线通信技术,具有无需建立中继和网络枢纽、抗毁能力强、通信距离远、设备简单以及建设维护成本低等特点,目前已获得广泛的应用并在不断快速发展。随着科学领域的不断创新,短波通信效率得到了不断提高,短波通信电台在人防指挥通信体系中的重要性也在日益凸显。基于此,对人防指挥通信中短波通信电台的使用进行分析,探讨短波通信电台的运行原理,对其应用优势进行解析,明确短波通信电台在人防指挥通信中的重要作用,并对如何充分发挥其作用提出一些建议,希望能够对短波通信电台在人防指挥通信中的应用提供一定的参考价值。The civil air defense communication is the information transmission carried out by the civil air defense department using communication tools or other methods for the implementation of command.Civil air defense command communication is an important part of civil air defense command and one of the elements to improve the combat capability of air defense.As a traditional wireless communication technology,short-wave communication has the characteristics of no need to establish relays and network hubs,strong anti-destruction capability,long communication distance,simple equipment,and low construction and maintenance costs.It has been widely used and is developing rapidly.With the continuous innovation in the field of science,the efficiency of short-wave communication has been continuously improved,and the importance of short-wave communication stations in the civil air defense command and communication system has become increasingly prominent.Based on this,the use of short-wave communication radio stations in civil air defense command and communication is analyzed,the operation principle of short-wave communication radio stations is discussed,and its application advantages are analyzed,the important role of short-wave communication radio stations in civil air defense command and communication is clarified,and how to give full play to them.Some suggestions are put forward,hoping to provide a certain reference value for the application of short-wave communication radio in civil air defense command communication.
