摘 要:北魏平城时期民族融合蕴含的法理,是在游牧民族与汉族政权的文化碰撞和相互交融的特殊历史背景下产生并发展起来的。它既是历史的产物,同时又推动着历史的进步。北魏平城时期民族融合蕴含的法理是我国历史发展过程中,通过对少数民族与中原政权的整合和融合而形成的法理结晶,传承北魏平城时期民族融合蕴含法理不仅有助于培育我国国民的中国传统法理自信,还有助于发挥北魏平城时期民族融合蕴含法理的能动性,唤起我国国民的法治意识和自觉性,推动“依法治国”相关法律制度的实施。The legal principles in national amalgamation in the Northern Wei Dynasty was produced and developed under the special historical background of cultural collision and mutual integration between the Nomadic and Han regime. It is not only the product of history, but also promotes the progress of history. It is the legal crystallization formed through the amalgamation of ethnic minorities and the central plains regime in the process of China’s historical development. Inheriting the legal principles not only helps to cultivate people’s confidence in traditional legal principles, but also helps to give play to the initiative of the legal principles, arouse people’ awareness and consciousness of law and order, and promote the implementation of relevant legal system of "governing the country according to law".
