医养结合模式下老年人中医调护需求及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨医养结合模式下老年人中医调护的需求及相关影响因素。方法选取河南省兰考县慧德颐养苑的260名老年人为调查对象,采用自拟调查问卷调查老年人对中医调护的需求,分析相关影响因素。结果260名调查对象中有142名需要在医养结合模式中加入中医调护。不同年龄、月收入、生活自理能力、慢性病数量、对中医调护了解程度、家人支持情况的老年人中医调护需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。生活自理能力、慢性病数量、对中医调护了解程度及家人支持情况是影响老年人对医养结合中加入中医调护需求的影响因素(P<0.05或0.01)。结论生活自理能力、慢性病数量、对中医调护了解程度及家人支持情况是影响老年人对医养结合中加入中医调护需求的影响因素。可以有针对性地进一步加强宣传与推动,充分发挥中医调护在医养结合模式中的效果。Objective To explore the TCM nursing needs and related influencing factors of the elderly under the mode of combination of medical and health care.Methods A total of 260 elderly people in Huide Yiyangyuan,Lankao County,Henan Province were selected as the survey objects.A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the TCM nursing needs of the elderly,and the relevant influencing factors were analyzed.Results Among the 260 survey subjects,142 elderly people need TCM nursing in the mode of combination of medical and health care.There were statistically significant differences in the TCM nursing needs among the elderly with different age,monthly income,self-care ability,number of chronic diseases,understanding of TCM nursing,and family support(P<0.01).The self-care ability of the elderly,the number of chronic diseases,the understanding of TCM nursing and the family support were the influencing factors that affect the elderly's need for adding TCM nursing to the combination of medical and health care(P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusions The self-care ability of the elderly,the number of chronic diseases,the understanding of TCM nursing and the support of their families are the influencing factors that affect the elderly's need for adding TCM nursing to the combination of medical and health care.We can further strengthen the publicity and promotion,and give full play to the effect of TCM nursing in the mode of combination of medical and health care.
