摘  要:本文建立了参苓白术散中铅、砷、汞、镉、铜5种重金属及有害元素的含量测定方法。样品经微波消解后,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定5种金属元素的含量,以锗(^(72)Ge)、铟(^(115)In)、铋(^(209)Bi)混合溶液作为内标。结果显示,铅、砷、汞、镉、铜5种待测元素的线性关系良好(r≥0.9994),回收率在92.4%~103.8%(RSD<5.3%),方法检出限在0.019~0.036 mg/kg。由此可见,方法灵敏度高,准确可靠。5批样品均不同程度的检出了铅、砷、汞、镉、铜,但均在安全限度之内。To establish an ICP-MS method for the determination of 5 kinds of heavy metals and harmful elements including copper,arsenic,cadmium,mercury and lead in Shenling baizhu powder.The samples digested by icrowave and then inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)was used to determine the mass concentration of 5 metal elements.^(72)Ge,^(115)In,^(209)Bi were used as internal standards.The results show that,the 5 kinds of heavy metals and harmful elements showed good linearity within the selected concentration ranges(r≥0.9994)with the recovery from 92.3%to 103.8%,while their RSD were below 5.3%.The detection limits of the method were range from 0.019-0.036 mg/kg,Thus it can be seen,the method is accurate and sensitive.5 batches of samples contained different levels of Pb,As,Hg,Cd and Cu,but within safe limits.
