摘 要:绝缘子的选型设计对支撑式换流阀塔至关重要。文中介绍了±535 k V电压等级支柱复合绝缘子的选型设计过程,包括芯体和伞套的成型工艺选择以及绝缘子的外绝缘设计(爬电距离和干弧距离计算)等。将所选型的支柱复合绝缘子用于±535 kV支撑式换流阀塔,通过阀塔整体的耐压试验和抗震仿真,验证了按照此过程所选型的支柱复合绝缘子在绝缘性能和结构强度上可满足使用要求。The type selection and design of insulator is very important for the supporting converter valve tower.The type selection and design process of ±535 kV post composite insulator,including the selection of forming technologies of core and shed as well as the design of external insulation of insulator(calculation of creepage distance and air clearance),are introduced in this paper.The selected post composite insulator is applied to ±535 k V supporting converter valve tower. It is verified through the overall voltage-withstand test and seismic simulation of the valve tower that the post composite insulator selected in accordance with this process can meet the application requirements in the insulation performance and structural strength.
