摘  要:文中针对某220 kV变电站GIS设备仪表接头连接件漏气事故展开研究,通过运用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、X射线能谱仪等设备,结合宏观检查、材料成分分析等,系统分析了GIS设备仪表接头连接件的漏气原因。结果表明,针对使用工况,连接件设计材质选用不合理是引起连接件漏气的主因;其次是连接件毛坯的热处理工艺控制不当以致产生微裂纹缺陷,且在出厂检验中未进行无损探伤试验将其排除。根据行业相关导则对连接件进行了更换,并针对此提出了对策与建议。In this paper,the gas leakage accident of the instrument connector of GIS equipment at one 220 k V sub-station is studied. The cause of the leakage of the instrument connector of the GIS is systematically analyzed by theuse of such equipment as metallographic microscope,scanning electron microscope observation,X-ray energy spec-trometer and also in combination with macroscopic examination as well as material composition analysis.The resultsshow that as for the application condition,the main cause of the gas leakage of the connector is due to unreasonableselection of the designed material,followed by the micro crack due to improper heat treatment process of the raw partsof the connector,which is not eliminated by the non-destructive test in the delivery test. According to the relevantindustry guidelines,the connectors are replaced and countermeasures and suggestions for this issue are proposed.
