摘 要:近年来,随着现代工农业的迅速发展,污水排放量不断增加,造成了巨大的环境压力,并对人与其他生物的健康产生了威胁。微藻不仅能够去除污水中氮、磷等营养盐,对新兴有机污染物也同样具有良好的去除效果。该文从污水中分离得到小球藻,探求其在污水环境中去除吡虫啉(20 mg/L、60 mg/L)以及营养盐的效果。结果表明:(1)经过35 d培养,该体系对20 mg/L浓度处理组和60 mg/L浓度处理组中吡虫啉去除率分别达到56.89%和50.99%;(2)污水中总氮去除率约为65%,总磷去除率可达到90%;(3)丙二醛含量变化表明藻细胞很可能受到一定胁迫,但超氧化物歧化酶活性和类胡萝卜素含量变化表明藻细胞启动了保护机制。研究结果表明,分离的小球藻对污水中去除吡虫啉和营养盐的效果较好,且对吡虫啉具有良好抗性。In recent years,with the rapid development of modern industry and agriculture,the sewage discharge has been increasing,that has caused great environmental pressure and threatened the health of people and other living things.Microalgae can not only remove nitrogen,phosphorus and other nutrients in sewage,but also have a good removal effect on emerging organic pollutants.Chlorella sp.was isolated from sewage,and its effect of removing imidacloprid(20 mg/L,60 mg/L)and nutrients in sewage environment was explored.The results showed that after 35 days of cultivation,the removal rates of IMI in 20mg/L concentration treatment group and 60 mg/L concentration treatment group reached 56.89%and 50.99%respectively.The removal rate of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in sewage was about 65%and 90%.The change of malondialdehyde content indicated that algae cells were likely to be stressed to some extent,but the change of superoxide dismutase activity and carotenoid content indicated that algae cells start the protection mechanism.The results showed that the separated Chlorella sp.had a good effect on removing IMI and nutrients from sewage,and had good resistance to IMI.
